Finally!!!! Our first Giveaway!

Here she is. I've been working on her off and on since just after Christmas. I wasn't sure what to do for our first giveaway, so I asked my 7 year old daughter Stella what the doll should look like. She quickly said "She should have a looooooooong pink dress with a green ruffle, blue eyes, and rainbow hair." Well then, she was so specific I simply had no choice but to follow her advice. It's nice to see the doll making process through a child's eyes. So often mom and I are looking at the dolls and deciding what we like best, and what looks the best, but in the end, most of our customers are little folk, so why not take their advice here and there!

Her name is Pistachio, because of the pistachio colored bits in her hair (again, Stella's choosing!) and she is wearing a looooooooong pink dress, has blue eyes, and rainbow (Kaffe Fassett!!) hair. She comes with tiny crocheted mary janes as well. Those of you who have my dolls know that there is no hand-stitched seam at the top of the leg because my kids like being able to stand their dolls up, but Stella specifically said "I think she should be able to sit down really easy" so Pistachio does have a hand-stitched seam at the top of each leg to aid it in bending.

*GIVEAWAY DETAILS*

So, let's be real a minute. Giveaways are awesome, and great fun, and I really love free stuff, but they are also to bring awareness to our product, as we are new to the realm of online selling (we have mainly sold locally) and create some fun buzz! That being said, there are a few ways you can increase your chances of winning this giveaway...

Ways to enter:

First off, simply comment below and tell us what your favorite waldorf doll hair color is.

Second, you can link to this post on your own blog. Simply comment with the backlink and you will be entered again.

Third, like our Facebook page and comment by saying "page liked!"

And lastly, share this post link on your Facebook page and comment by saying "page shared"

Each of these steps will earn one entry, so it is possible to get 4 entries total!!

The giveaway begins immediately and will run until 2pm on February 2. Hence the clue of 2. :) Good luck!

  30. I think your Stella and my Audrey have VERY similar taste!! Audrey loves pink and green, as well as anything rainbow. She is still a true doll lover at the age of 8. In fact, she told me last week that she lets a different doll sleep with her each night so they all get a turn every few nights. She is too much!!

Anyway, I'm in for 3 entries:
    1. My favorite hair color is blonde, but Audrey would say that rainbow hair is "the best hair ever!"

Best of luck to you as you grow your business. Giveaways are a great way to go about that. :)
